[摘要] This Presidential Instruction provides for the increase in farmers' income, the enhancement of food security and the promotion of the rural economy. It provides support for the increase in paddy productivity, quality of paddy and national paddy production, including exploitation of land and water resources, in order to raise farmers' income.
