Resolution No. 623 of 2016 of Georgian Government on Maximum Residue Levels of Pesticides in or on Food and Feed of Plant and Animal Origin

[摘要] The Resolution provides for maximum permitted limits of pesticide residues in food/feed of animal and plant origin. It consists of seven articles: Purpose and scope of application (1); Definition of terms (2); Group of products for which maximum levels of residue must be used (3); Active substances for which maximum levels of residue need not be determined (4); Compliance with maximum levels of residue (5); Requirements imposed on processed and composed food (6); and State control measures (7).
