Decree No. 812 of 2006 relative to public control of food that is imported from third countries.

[摘要] This Decree contains provisions relative to the third countries, i.e. countries defined as such by relevant legislation of the European Communities. The Decree completes in Sweden provisions of articles 14 to 24 of the Regulation (EC) No. 882/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on official controls performed to ensure the verification of compliance with feed and food law, animal health and animal welfare rules.
