Notification No. 2006/33 on beer.
[摘要] The aim of this Notification is to ensure that beer is produced with the right technique and sanitary procedures. The Notification covers beer in general. Malt is not covered by this Notification. It defines the product features of beer and the rules and procedures of preparation, processing, packaging, labelling, conservation, storage, transportation and sales. The Notification further covers provisions on additives, contaminants, pesticide residues, aromatic substances and hygiene.
