Act amending Act on foodstuffs and tobacco products.

[摘要] This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to Act on foodstuffs and tobacco products. In particular the present Act sets out provisions concerning information obligation of the food business operator (art. 3d), food labeling and packaging (art. 6, 7), requirements for unpacked food if the food is offered for sale directly to the consumer (art. 8), obligation to mark food batch (art. 9), labeling of tobacco products (art. 12a), and transport of tobacco products (art. 13).
