Food Act (SFS 2006:804).
[摘要] The purpose of this Act is to ensure a high level of safety regarding health of human beings in relation with food. The Act shall complete provisions of basic EC legislation in this field and in particular Regulation (EC) No. 178/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down the general principles and requirements of food law, establishing the European Food Safety Authority and laying down procedures in matters of food safety.
