Sweeteners in Foodstuffs Regulations (Amendment of Annex) Order, 2010 (P.I. 395/2010).

[摘要] This Order is issued pursuant to article 26 of the Food (Control and Sale) Laws 1996-2010. It aims at harmonizing the Cypriot legislative framework with the provisions of Commission Directive 2009/163/EU. Under this light, the first Annex to the principal Regulations is amended by inserting new entries concerning neotame and related applicable standards, as laid down in the Table attached to this Order.
