Ministerial Decree No. 161 regarding strengthening state control over quality and safety of liquors.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes that for the purpose of strengthening state control over quality and safety of liquors and wine products accredited certification bodies shall certify the aforesaid products exclusively in the presence of the following documentation submitted by the producers: (a) phytosanitary certificate specifying used pesticides; (b) hygienic certificate for grape used for alcohol production; and (c) acceptance note for grape used for alcohol production.
