Act on penal provisions for violation of certain regulations on food hygiene (No. 52 of 2011).

[摘要] This Act regulates penalties on food-security guidelines in adherence to EU regulations. These include inspection, hygiene and import/export of food and food-related products. Fine and imprisonment penalties apply to infringement thereof.
