Wine Industry Regulation 2009.

[摘要] This Regulation, consisting of 21 sections divided into nine Parts, implements the Wine Industry Act 1994. It clarifies requirements for application for licences and for advertising and submissions on licence applications, Part 5 concerns the Queensland Wine Industry Policy Council and spells out its functions. Part 6 covers record keeping by licensees under the Act. The Regulation is completed by one schedule that sets the values of fees to be paid under the Act.
