[摘要] The objective of this Regulation is to promote the establishment of stockbreeding enterprises meeting prescribed technical and hygienic requirements, so as to enhance production and ensure food security. Individuals and companies who wish to set up stockbreeding enterprises must apply to the highest public authority in the region concerned to obtain the location permit.
