[摘要] These Regulations of the Council of Ministers, made under the European Communities (Isle of Man) Act 1973, implement Council Directive 2006/88/EC on animal health requirements for aquaculture animals and products thereof and on the prevention and control of certain diseases in aquatic animals to the extent that the Directive is applicable to the Isle of Man under the Island's relationship with the European Community by virtue of Protocol 3 to the United Kingdom's Treaty of Accession of 1972.
