Notification of the Ministry of Public Health (No.350 B.E.2556 (2013) Regarding to Cow's Milk.
[摘要] Cow’s milk is prescribed food to have qualities or standards (Clause 2). Cow’s milk is classified into 5 categories in Clause 4. Clause 7-17 provides for quality requirements to be satisfied by cow’s milk. The remaining Clauses and the attachments of the Notification cover requirements for the production processes, production equipment, storages, labeling and packing, food additives, etc.
