[摘要] This Regulation sets forth the sampling methods and the methods of analysis for the official control of the levels of lead, cadmium, mercury, inorganic tin, 3-MCPD, benzo(a)pyrene and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in foodstuffs.
