[摘要] This Order applies to regulations concerning oils and fats, including emulsions with fat, either alone or as part of processed foods intended to be consumed by humans. This Order does not naturally apply to contents of trans fatty acids in animal fats or products governed under other legislations. The content of trans fatty acids may not exceed 2 grams per. 100 grams of oil or fat.
