Presidential Decree No. 300 “On organization of high technology agro-industrial complete cycle”.

[摘要] The scope of this Presidential Decree shall be construction and putting in operation of high technology agro-industrial complete cycle for manufacturing of animal feedstuffs, processing of oilseeds and grain storage facilities. It specifies financial measures for realization of construction and operation of the aforesaid facilities.
