Decree on the marking of minced meat and meat preparations of the equine species.
[摘要] The present Decree regulates the marking of equine meat and equine meat preparations. The labels shall bear a health stamp and an identification number as per article 1. Minced meat and meat preparations obtained from the equine species shall be packaged and marked promptly after production (art. 2).
