Quarantine Act (Cap. 14.09).

[摘要] This Act makes provision for quarantine of persons and goods entering Montserrat. It establishes the Quarantine Authority and grants regulation-making powers to the Governor in Council. The Quarantine Authority may make rules for implementing or carrying into effect any Regulations made by the Governor. The Act also confers emergency powers on the Authority.
