[摘要] The present Act lays down provisions relating to the control of liquor in the province of Nova Scotia. Section4 establishes that the Nova Scotia Liquor Commission is continued as a body corporate under the name the "Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation" consisting of those persons who from time to time comprise the Board of Directors.
