Delegated Decree No. 103 on vending of food and beverages in public areas.

[摘要] This Delegated Decree sets out the legislative framework applicable to vending of food and beverages in public areas. The prior granting of a concession is required. The decree establishes hygiene requirements to be met by those areas and equipment. In case of infringement, the penalties laid down in Act No. 85 of 1992 shall apply.
