[摘要] The purpose of the the present Ordinance is to implement the Federal Agriculture Act of 29 April 1998, the Federal Vine Ordinance of 14 November 2007, and the Law on agriculture of 7 June 1998. The text consists of 14 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Purpose (I); Vine plantations (II); Controlled designation of origin (III); Systematic vintage control (IV).
