Commission Decision 2003/762/EC laying down special conditions governing imports of fishery products from the Netherlands Antilles.

[摘要] This Decision lays down those conditions to be fulfilled by fishery products imported into the Community from the Netherlands Antilles. Each consignment shall be accompanied by a numbered original health certificate in accordance with the model in Annex I. The fishery products shall come from approved factory vessels, or from registered freezer vessels listed in Annex II. Moreover, article 5 lays down packaging requirements.
