Marketing of Agricultural Products Act: Establishment of Statutory Measure and determination of guideline price: Levies relating to pigs (No. R. 1019 of 2010).

[摘要] This Statutory Measure imposes a levy on pigs slaughtered by abattoirs for commercial use other than for own consumption and live pigs which are exported. The levy shall be used to fund selected measures for the development of the pork industry. The Statutory Measure also determines guidelines prices for slaughtered pigs and live pigs intended for exportation.
