[摘要] Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Including plots of subsoil containing groundwater used for potable and industrial water supply of technological supply of industrial sites or objects of agricultural infrastructure with the amount of water abstraction not exceeding 500 cubic meters daily”.
