Nutrition and Health Claims (Scotland) Regulations 2007 (S.S.I. No. 383 of 2007).

[摘要] These Regulations designate for Scotland the competent authorities and enforcement authorities for the purposes of Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council on nutrition and health claims made on foods and prescribe offences in relation with claims regarding nutritional qualities.
