Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies (Wales) Regulations 2018 (W.S.I. No. 968 (W. 195) of 2018).

[摘要] These Regulations continue to enforce Regulation (EC) No 999/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down rules for the prevention, control and eradication of certain transmissible spongiform encephalopathies. They provide that the Welsh Ministers are the competent authority for the purposes of the EU TSE Regulation, except in Schedule 7 where the competent authority is the Food Standards Agency.
