[摘要] This Regulation lays down the maximum levels for certain contaminants (nitrates, mycotoxins, heavy metals, monochloropropane and diol) in the foodstuffs referred to in Annex I, including vegetables, fruit, nuts and dried fruit, cereals, grain, rice, infant formulae and follow-on formulae, meat, fishery products, crustaceans, bivalve molluscs, fats and oils, fruits juices and wine.
