Foodstuff Hygiene Licence Ordinance.
[摘要] The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the authorization of food enterprises with a view to food hygiene. The text – consisting of 6 articles – deals with the following matters: sphere of application, authorization proceedings, notification of changes, withdrawal and suspension of authorization, registration number and entry into force.
