[摘要] This Notification sets forth the rules and procedures of the monitoring of temperatures in the means of transport, warehousing and storage for quick-frozen foods. The Notification is drafted in accordance with the European Commission Directive 92/1/EEC on the monitoring of temperatures in the means of transport, warehousing and storage of quick-frozen foodstuffs intended for human consumption.
