Sugar (Imposition of Levy) Order, 2007 (L.N. No. 90 of 2007).

[摘要] These Rules, made under the Sugar Act, 2001, impose a levy at a specified rate of the ex-factory price for locally produced sugar and of the landed-entry point price for imported sugar (other than industrial sugar imported by gazetted manufacturers under the duty remission scheme). Specified levies shall be remitted by the Kenya Sugar Board.
