Ministerial Decree No. 530/2006 amending article 26 of the Food Code relating to plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs in compliance with Commission Directive 2004/19/EC.

[摘要] The provisions of the present Decree set forth specifications for monomers and other starting substances which may be used for the manufacture of plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs, in accordance with Commission Directive 2004/19/EC. The manufacture and use of plastic materials which are intended to come into contact with foodstuffs complying with the provisions of this Decree shall be permitted as from 1 September 2005.
