TSE-Inspection Ordinance.

[摘要] Article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance contains an Ordinance on the Monitoring System of Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies (TSE Inspection Ordinance). This Ordinance provides for the monitoring in Germany of the TSE disease. The Länder must carry out a yearly inspection as prescribed by EU Regulations. In case of suspected diseases competent authorities must examine animals and if necessary destroy them.
