Ministerial Decree No. 269 validating the Regulation of the State Grain Inspectorate.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree designates the State Grain Inspectorate as the state institution responsible for controlling the quality, safety and use of state reserves of grain, oilseeds, flour, meal, bran, and by-products and derivates of grain processing. The State Grain Inspectorate shall also control compliance with technical requirements and validate technical norms regarding grains.
