Regional Act No. 21 making provision on certification of non genetically modified agricultural products of the Friuli-Venezia Giulia Region.
[摘要] The Act aims at the protection of human health and the environment against the risks that may arise out of the cultivation, production and consumption of products containing genetically modified organisms (as defined under article 2). The regional authority hereby establishes the mark “originating in Friuli Venezia Region – non genetically modified product”. Article 4 concerns the procedure to be followed to grant the mark.
