[摘要] This Order gives effect to Commission Decision 2004/364/EC concerning certain protective measures with regard to live birds or avian products imported from Canada. "Avian product" means fresh meat of poultry, ratites, farmed and wild feathered game, poultry meat products and meat preparations consisting of or containing meat derived from an aforementioned species and eggs for human consumption.
