New Foodstuffs and New Ingredients Ordinance.

[摘要] The present Ordinance transposes the Regulation (EU) 2015/2283 of the European Parliament and of the Council on novel foods, amending Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council into German law. Articles 1 establishes that the Federal Office for Consumer Protection and Foodstuff Safety is the competent authority to enforce the afore-mentioned EU Regulation.
