[摘要] Provisions of this Resolution are mandatory for all slaughterhouses (abattoirs) that desire to supply or provide red meats and poultry meat to the Emirates markets. It provides for the health and technical requirements in order to register with and obtain the necessary permission from the Authority for Standardization and Metrology.
