Directive No. (5/98) on Water and ice standard for fish industry.
[摘要] The present Directive rules for the water and ice used both for human consumption or associated to fish food processing. Annex I lists organo-lectic and chemical parameters, the maximum Admissible Concentration (MAC) for toxic substances and microbiological indexes related to water.
