Product Liability Act.

[摘要] The Act provides for liability of a producer for products and compensation of damages caused by products placed upon the market, or otherwise brought into circulation. "Product" includes raw materials and manufactured products, natural and industrial products. Section 3 of Chapter I defines "liable producer". Chapter II contains rules relative to liability for products. Agreements or contracts for the purpose of limiting the effects of provisions of the present Act shall be invalid (sects. 2-6).
