[摘要] These Regulations amend Food (Antioxidants) Regulations, 2009. Amendments provide for replacing regulations 4 and 9, by the substitution for the words "intended for infants and young children” of the words "for infants or young children"; for the definition of the expression "antioxidant” of the following new definition: "antioxidant” means a food additive which prolongs the shelf life of the foods by protecting it against deterioration caused by oxidation; by the insertion, immediately after th
