[摘要] This Act lays down provisions concerning classification of carcasses. Slaughterhouse operator who kills bovine animals, pigs and sheep should provide classification of their carcasses. Classification of carcasses consists in their assessment of quality and results from the combination of classes of conformation and fat cover. Carcasses of bovine animals, pigs and sheep which are intended for own consumption, and lamb carcasses weighing up to 13 kg are not the subject of the classification.
