Law No. 890 “On food safety”.
[摘要] This Law regulates relations in the sphere of food safety with a view of protection of human life and health, consumers, animal and vegetable kingdom, and environmental protection. It shall be applicable to processing, transportation, storage and trade of foodstuffs and ingredients, including dietary food, infant food and biological food additives, and also to packaging materials.
