[摘要] The present Federal Law regulates relations originating from licensing of some types of activity and is aimed at the protection of consumers’ rights and human health. This Federal Law consists of 4 Chapters. Chapter 1 lays down the general provisions. Chapter 2 regards the modalities of carrying out licensing.
