[摘要] This Regulation consists 54 sections divided into 4 Parts and it establishes the Alberta Elk Plan. The Regulation also establishes a commission, with the name "Alberta Elk", which is responsible for the governance of the plan. Part 2 of the Regulation is dedicated to the functions and organization of the commission. For the purposes of this Regulation, the territory of Alberta is divided into 7 zones (sect. 37).
