[摘要] This Directive concerns certain categories of substances added for specific nutritional purposes in foods for particular nutritional uses, namely vitamins, minerals, amino acids, carnitine and taurine, nucleotides, as well as choline and inositol. Such categories are referred to in the Annex attached.
