Regional Law No. 11-2179 "On licensing of retail trade of liquors".

[摘要] This Regional Law introduces unified common proceedings for licensing of vending (retail trade) of liquors by legal persons. Licensing of vending (retail trade) of liquors shall be mandatory. Licence shall be non-transferable. Vending (retail trade) of potable ethyl alcohol shall be authorized exclusively in the areas of Extreme North in accordance with the list validated by the RF Government. Period of validity of licence shall not exceed five year and it shall be subject to renewal at request
