Decree No. 92/04 on the import of transgenic grain.

[摘要] This Decree is composed of nine articles. It rules on the import of transgenic or genetically modified grain used as food support in compliance with the recomendations made by the Integrated Council of Ministers of Southern África Development Community (SADC). Particular attention is placed on certification procedures.
