[摘要] This Ministerial Order, consisting of 3 articles and 1 Annex, approves the Personnel composition of the Technical Secretariat for Food and Nutritional Security (SETSAN). The Annex specifies composition, duties and competencies of the above mentioned Secretariat entitled to implement the Strategy and Plan of Action for Food and Nutritional Security (ESAN).
