Order No. 122 of the Ministry of Agriculture regarding export and import of sturgeon species and derivates thereof including caviar.

[摘要] This Order implements the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES). It regulates the issuance and the registration of export and import authorization of sturgeon species, sturgeon fish products, including caviar, and also amendment, suspension and cancellation of the aforesaid authorization. The authorization shall be issued to the Russian and foreign citizens after the submittal of the application to the Federal Veterinary and Phytosanitary Service
