Regional Law No. 138-4-ZKO “On local government authorized to issue permits for organization of markets and assignment of places for trade of agricultural commodities”.

[摘要] This Regional Law establishes that local government shall be competent in the sphere of determination of the number of trading places for trade of agricultural commodities by the producers that must be no less than 50 percent of total trading places and regional markets.
